Thanks to the many stake volunteers and missionaries for helping unload!
On April 1, 2026, a semi-truck organized by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints delivered 40,000 pounds of food to The Caring Place in Georgetown, Texas, marking a significant effort to support local communities in need. The large-scale donation was intended for distribution among several nonprofit organizations serving the region, reinforcing a shared commitment to addressing food insecurity. Benefiting organizations included The Caring Place, Round Rock Serving Center, Texas Baptist Children's Home, Hutto Resource Center, Shepherd's Heart, Jerrell Community Food Pantry, and Rockdale Christian Services Food Pantry.-Jessica Murray
Wolf Ranch Ward did the Georgetown Neighborhood Food Project. They collected around 350 pounds of food in 27 bags. GTNFP collected about 4500 pounds to support our area food banks that day.
Round Rock young women created Valentine's cards at a YW night. Relief society women wrote poems in cards. These were then delievered to Double Creek Assisted Living Center by some of the members to bring cheer to the residents.
Be a part of a community service event for 9/11 Day of Service! Starts with a special program about unity, disperse to do service, then return back for lunch, music, and games. Fun for the whole family! More info to come
